Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a Home Inspection take?

Typically 2-3 hours, and the report is also guaranteed same day.

Do the homebuyers have to be there?

It is not required for the homebuyer to be present for the inspection. However we recommend showing up towards the end so the Inspector can give you a walk through of the defects found.

What are the rates of your services?

Our prices start at $395 and we charge by sq. ft, age, and additional structures

Can a house fail a home inspection?

A professional home inspection is an examination and objective assessment of the current condition of a house. A home inspector will not pass or fail a house, but rather describe its physical condition and indicate what components and systems may need major repair or replacement.

What if the inspection report reveals problems?

It is important to note that no house is perfect. Every home inspection will identify issues with the property and the inspector will communicate the severity of the issues found. The home inspector’s goal is to leave their clients with a deeper understanding of their prospective home, so the client can make a sound decision as they continue their home buying process.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We take cash, venmo, and debit card. A pre inspection agreement, and payment must be signed for and paid before we can legally inspect the home.
